Nope. I don't have one, nor have i ever used one, but I can't see how a piece of silicone or rubber or plastic is any less healthy than flesh and blood.

I have read an article that said some of the chemicals used in making certain vibrators are unhealthy. Personally, I believe that too much of anything is unhealthy. Therefore, I try to stay near the wife when she is feeling amorous. This way I can help keep her healthy.
