no, but I have passed one who's spare tire was shreading because the chains that were supposed to be holing the spare up fell off.... the sparks every where were neat... Too bad the driver wasn't happy that I flagged him down.

My wife who drives a VW bug ran over a piece of transmission that a Semi lost.... Did about 2500.00 damage and damaged about 8 other vehicles. Company got away with paying................SQUAT!!!
