I haven't been here for 6 months, but I'll try to fill you in. We have Friends: You can request friends or be requested. The friends allow you to see their Q and A. We have Community Leaders: These people are people picked by the staff. They help moderate the site. They can also penalty box people which is preventing users from asking, answering, and commenting. We have four new boards: Most answers, most inquisitive, most popular questions, questions with most answers. Maybe the format changed too, but I wouldn't know.
