OTC choices; Ibuprophen, acetaminaphen, naproxen prescriptions I'm not sure of, but I think Flexeril and the oxycodone family of meds.

Whilst oxycodone is technically not an opiate analgesic (it is an opioid - opioid is the term for the class of drugs, both non-synthetic and synthetic, whereas opiate is more restricted to natural opium analogues), I would assume the question is aiming to eliminate opioid analgesics too. Off the top of my head there are: Non steroidal anti-inflammatories (NSAIDs) - i.e. aspirin, ibuprofen, diclofenac, naproxen, etc Acetaminophen/Paracetemol Tricyclic antidepressants - i.e. amitriptyline, imipramine (often in neuropathic/neurogenic pain) Anticonvulsants - i.e. carbamazepine, gabapentin (again usually only in neuropathic pain)
