If a parent with sole physical custody were to get arrested for drug possession, would that be enough to modify the parenting plan?

    Absolutely. you might just lose custody of the your child, altogether. in your parenting plan, i am sure there a paragraph, that covers your question. drug possession is a violation of the law and definetely a violation of your court order. the court will take your actions into account, and modify your plan accordingly. once again, its all about me and not the children.
