Any ignorant, despotic, arrogant, single-minded leader of any country who does as he wishes without regard to anyone or anything but his "inner voices". :( Such leaders are guilty of causing the deaths of thousands, hundred of thousands, millions of people. :(

Lawyers.......They have no professional behavior standards (They call it ethics) unless they are in court trying to impress the judge....a former Lawyer....they still lie in court unless the find it appropriate to make threats and deals to line their pocketbook. First get the fee the do ANYTHING to make it look like you are earning the fee. FRAUD SPECIALIST or CON-ARTIST would be more appropriate than Lawyer.
