Rubber gloves and a bendy stick..yuck or call a plummer.
-
Do yourself a favor and go to the 24 hour grocery store and buy a plunger - it's embarrassing (I've done it) but hey! you gotta get it fixed right? Go at night - and pray you don't run into anyone you know.......

Not too elegant, but a straightened out wire coat-hanger can sometimes be used to break up the clog. Be sure not to continue flushing until the clog is eliminated - more water won't help.
-
try pouring toilet cleaner down it,this is how we unblocked ours, otherwise call the plumber.
-
You can try the cleaner and the coat hanger trick both. But it is always good to have both a plunger and a metal "plumbers tape" in your utility closet. You can buy a small tape, also called a "snake" fairly cheap.

You could take a balled up wet towel and ram/force pressure into the trap...Why you have a plugged toilet?
-
Do your REALLY want to know???
-
Get all of the water out of it. Unscrew the floor bolts. Pull the bowl up and stick your hand as far down the tube as you possibly can until you feel the clog then pull it out.
-
M-80's work well however there may be colateral damage
-
