  • From what i can remember, low rep/ high weight, actually tears the fibrous muscles so that the tissue scars and causes more tissue to thicken and cause bulk on the muscle itself.
  • low rep and high weight(rep range 1-6) builds strength but not alot of bulk, more high volume and medium intensity builds muscle(rep range 8-12) and high rep stuff reps 15 or higher build endurence. toning is a misnomer, it justs means the muscle isnt slack and unworked.
