  • Immediate effects can include... calmness, lightheaded feeling, hunger, laughter an anything, tingling in your extremities, slow reaction and comprehension, forgetting what you were going to say or what you are talking about (even mid-sentence)... plus many others, I am sure different people feel different effects, but some effects are common. The long term effects can be more dangerous and can include an increased incidence of mental illness as well as reduced comprehension and memory and cancer. It is said to be hard to un-hook yourself as a person can find the calmness (and by-product of not worrying about problems in your life) is appealing, as is the social aspect (if you do it with friends). Once you smoke all the time with your friends, suddenly you have no friends who are straight, and quitting means not only stopping smoking but also reducing your social life (this is the really hard part - changing your activities and whole approach to life). I say all this as someone who has struggled with weed for the last 12 years.
  • the immediate effects fo Dope on a person is normaly a few minutes after smoking not your 1st time or normaly 2nd either normaly your third you realy feel it, you tend to feel a warm feelign wash over you and hit you like waves, you feel light headed, and you seem to make "deep" thoughts, you may sometimes jsut focus on one thing and be amazed by it for a period of time, and of course munchies are a thing that normaly hit, and depending on how much you do it you may feel paranoid, as well you feel relaxed, slightly tiered, happy, and you tend to forget thngs that happen. and this hard to unhook yourself is mroe for drugs liek cocain, or heroin for instance that are physicaly addictive, dope, shrooms and even acid show no signs of physical dependence and only a light mental dependance making them easy to quite, worse come to worse you loose a little weight form lack of eating for a few days and loss fo a little sleep.
