I had the best tacos at a little place in Los Angeles back in 1985. I can't remember the name of the place because I was just a kid, but they had the best taco I have ever had. They used strips of steak instead of ground beef. I have come close to making it myself, but I still haven't perfected the recipe. Some day I will find it. Hmmm... now I am hungry.
