Ask them. That is the easiest way to know for sure. Other than that it is hard to really tell. Some people are just naturally freindly people so in that case it would be hard to know if they were being nice to you because they had a crush or because they were just being friendly. Usually if someone is giving you more attention than they give to everyone else that is a clear indicator that theey like you.

Someone liking you has a lot to do with how you look from the experiences i've had in my life. I mean i don't consider myself a big menacing looking person, but apparently some people don't like those sort of qualities.

If they talk to you a lot. If they make small touches. Laugh and giggle a lot. Make an attempt to try to communicate with you. More than anything you get that gut feeling. I wouldn't ask someone b/c that's too embarassing for me.
