I hope I get this right for you. If, by the "second cold war" you are referring to the tension between Putin and Bush, it is really a matter of intense speculation as the present has not yet become a documentable history. My best guess is that the military/Industrial complex of America/England/U.N. have a covert 5 star agenda to eradicate the ficticiously ominous muslim "AlQueda" threat i.e. Iraq, Iran, Syria, Libya, and bring about WW3 w/Algeria. The answer to your Question lies in another Question; What does Russia have to benefit by acting as a benefactor??? Perhaps the right palms weren't padded enough and as they "incentives matter"! Russia led to the Second Cold War with it´s agressive actions(especially in Georgia),lies about the other countries on their news,their brainwashed people who act like ´gods from above´ EVERYWHERE,the idea that USSR falling apart was the biggest political diasaster of the 20th century and did you know that Putins close friend said a toast to Russias 1913 boarders in this years presidential elections?Isn´t that a huge provocation?I will make it short:Russias dream to recreate the Soviet Union has led to the Second Cold War.
