Yes, Dr.Laura is one of those people. She hates nearly evryone but herself. She even Hated her own mother.

NO they don't know what hate means I think it is learned If you sit back and watch children play they don't care who they are or the color their skin. It is the parents or even older kids who teaches that.

Great question!!! I think it's possible - it would be because of some medical condition (like chronic pain) - an infant might develop hate for certain things before birth.
