Yes, there was a lunar eclipse. The moon was bright, but I couldn't see well since there was the screen, the the moon was at an angle that was just hard to see.

Virtually every day for the past year I spend time gazing at the sky. I moved to a house in the country and My bedroom is situated with windows and french doors facing East towards a river. After rearranging my room I now open my eyes to a breathtaking sunrise almost every day. Since we have no close neighbors I don't have to worry with curtains. We stargaze every evening as well. It is such a beautiful place to live.

I love it. We watched the lunar eclipse a few weeks ago. I have watched Mars when it was close to earth. I just love the sky. In Australia we have the beautiful constellation "The Southern Cross" in the night sky. I just love to watch it. I miss it dreadfully when I am overseas...its absence reminds me of how far from home I am.

Yep... I like to see the moon at least once each night, but I'm weird (lunatic?). I took this photo in the early hours of September 27, 2007, but it was only a 200mm lens on a DSLR. I hope to get a longer lens in the near future. I would love to see more detail. :)

Yes, if it has been overcast for many consecutive days I will go out to enjoy the sun. And if there is a lunar eclipse, I will usually go out to watch it.
