I scream, try not to launch into convulsions and call my partner, whom I then force to bring the spider outside unharmed.
-
Oh they ALL go down that hole eventually.
-
LEAVE IT THERE FOR THE NEXT PERSON WHO COMES IN TO KILL IT... HAHAHHA
-
I would take the plunger handle and impale it down the drain anyway.:-)

Nuke it with Raid, wait until it dies, pick it up with a piece of toilet paper, and toss it in the trash. Or, take a piece of toilet paper and squoosh it, then toss it in the trash. Or, ask KeyshaJ to come over with her cat and let him eat it. He loves eating spiders.

Try to get someone else to take care of it!!!!!!!! They scare me!!!!!!!!!!!1
-
what do i do? flip out, run screaming from the room and make my husband deal with it.
-
Am I the only one who use vacuum cleaners for those things??
-
Okay, everyone here will think I'm nuts, but this happens a lot and just happened this morning. I got a clean empty jar and put it over the spider, it crawled in, I popped on the lid and took it outside. It wasn't a poisonous spider, so I set it free.

Scream bloody murder until someone...ANYONE hears me, jump as far away from it as I can, then become paralyzed, possibly stop breathing..you know, the usual.
-
I'd either scream for someone to come take care of it, or if I was home by myself, I'd spray it with anything I could find. I've used every kind of bathroom/kitchen cleaner known to man (well, that I had in the house, anyway) to kill big bugs and spiders in the tub!
-
I would spray it with cleaner, hairspray or anything else handy and hope it dies. I cannot get close enough to a spider to kill it. I have a fear they they will jump on me.
-
Scoop it up on a card or paper and take him outside or if I'm not in the mood to fuss, he gets squished with a Kleenex and tossed in the trash. If I need to spray him with something I use the same thing I would clean the surface with. Like tub cleaner for tub, Pledge for one on wood.
-
Catch it with a box or a glass and throw it through the window.
-
just take a wash cloth and squish it... throw it away then later just clean the sink/bath/shower... it isn't such a big deal though.
-
First: I tell the spider to remain CALM...there's no need to get excited! Second: I ask if there are any demands. And how I can be of service. Third: If the situation escalates, the spider doesn't comply and leave the tub area when asked to, force will have to be used, by way of baton.
