In Billy Joel's song "Captain Jack" from his albumn "Piano Man", This is based on a real person. Captain Jack was a drug dealer who lived near Joel in Oyster Bay, NY. Joel considers this an anti-drug song, as he sings about how their users become apathetic and lifeless. In the Pirates of the Caribbean series, Captain Jack Sparrow is played by Johnny Depp.
