Many states have a program call first call for help which is a great referall service for all types of things. Other than that maybe you could try calling the billing department of the county hospital.
  • You could try medicaid.
  • Many states have SCHIP (State Children's Health Insurance Program). Money is given to the states by the federal government to cover kids in families who make too much for Medicaid. Unfortunately, due to the economy, these programs are stretched tight, but it's worth checking out.
