The Warren Report was turned over to President Johnson with the following conclusions:

Oswald acted alone, firing three shots with a Mannlicher-Carcano rifle at the motorcade, from the sixth floor of the School Book Depository. The first bullet missed altogether; the second bullet struck both President Kennedy and Gov. John Connally; the third bullet, the fatal wound to Kennedy.

However, twenty-five years after President Kennedy's assassination, Oswald's widow indicated that her husband was not Kennedy's lone assassin.

He was a small fish in the whole incident and there was more then one shooter. The shot that killed Kennedy came from the front, and the second shot was from the rear where Oswald was located. The first one was close range, the grassy knoll and the rear shot from a long way back .He was shot 2 days after when been transfered to another facility.

    Unknown.

I've been to the book depository museum. I find it strange that from that angle and the bolt action rifle that he could shoot, reload, and shoot again that fast.

    Phenomenal even. Perhaps superhuman.

Oswald was totally innocent. This was obvious as early as Sylvia Meagers book Accesories After the Fact (1967): she demonstrated, using only info from the WC publications, that he had no means, no motive, & no opportunity.

no Lee Harvey Oswald did not act alone in shooting the president, he might have shot JFK in the back but the fatal shot came from the grassy knoll and the reason i say that is because if you watch the Zapuder film Kennedy was past the book depository building and at the time of the shootings his back was facing the depository building and when he was shot in the head his head went backwards to the rear of the car indicating that he was shot from the front, so it was totally impossible for someone to get shot from the back and they head get thrown to the rear of the car, his head would have been thrown foreward if he had got shot from the back, who ever was hiding behind the picked fence was the one that killed JFK , so it was a total lie that Oswald killed Kennedy the film shows the truth, if they wanted to hide that then they should have destroyed the film but its too late the truth is in the film.

When the police entered the TSBD in two minutes Oswald was on the 2nd floor drinking a coke calm and not out of breath. Impssible to hide the rifle and run down 4 flights of stairs. This is recorded by the police.

Oswald was innocent. Honest researchers who aren;t paid to brainwash you will tell you the truth. So will new witnesses who have spoken out. As for Marina Oswald, she clearly has stated thast she had been fooled by those who took her into custody and that she now believes her husband was innocent. Judyth Baker, Oswald's girlfriend, has also spoken out, and has living witnesses backing her up (see http://www.jfkmurdersolved.com). There you can also see "JFK II" where you can see secret service agents ordered OFF Kennedy's car, leaving him unprotected. It's chilling. Then visit http://www.judythvarybaker.com, and get the book ME & LEE by my friend J Baker, Oswald's girlfriend; then visit http://www.doctormarysmonkey.com, and get the book Dr. Mary's Monkey by Edward T. Haslam. Finally, get the book Dead Men Talking by Dean hartwell, and visit http://www.deanhartwell.com, for just a few sites where it is clear that new witnesses and new evidence refute the absurdity that Oswald shot JFK. The statements above keep pushing the official cover-up of a commission appointed almost fifty years ago by the man, Lyndon Johnson, who had everything to gain by Kennedy's death. The findings are out of date and ignore new evidence about the bullets. see YouTube about extra bullets. See LBJ smiling as Albert Thomas winks at him after he gets sworn in as President ("the wink --Albert Thomas") and then view The Men Who Killed Kennedy -- the BANNED History Channel Documentaries that got so close to the truth they were banned after the LBJ folks hit the ceiling. Episodes 7-8-9: TMWKK: The Smoking Guns, TMWKK The Love Affair-Baker, TMWKK The Guilty Men (episode 9). NOBODY who sees these films and reads these books buys the junk the 'official version' peddlers preach. The Internet is exposing the truth. Or do you think your government has never lied to you?

To answer the second part of your question: Kenned was shot at about 12:30 on Friday. Oswald was shot about 10:45 or 11:OO am on Sunday, or about 47 hours after the president was shot.

funny thing. so far, including myself, 9 out of 9 responders said that they don't believe the warren commission report. there were so many discrepancies and inconsistencies and unfollowed leads that i think all thinking americans question whether or not oswald acted alone. my personal feeling was that he was a patsy. the big fish got away with murder of one of our nation's most beloved presidents. youy know, every time i see the videotape of kennedy's casket being carried down pennsylvania avenue, the young jfk, jr. saluted his daddy's casket. god, how touching. how sad, for him, for us all.

lee harvey oswald did not shoot pres.J.F.Kennedy because he was in the 6th floor of the diposatry building and that was behind the presidents car and if you watch the film J.F.K and the video made by Zapude he was shot face on and was thrown backwards and to the left. The autopsy disproved the magic bullet theory because half of Johns skull was blown out and as the coroners put his finger in the wound he could fell the bullet at the back . but the next day oswald was shot so he never was put on trial for the assassination

Besides whether he was the only shooter or not, I think a more intriguing question is whether other people put him up to it. And if so, who?

Yes Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone, their was nobody else in dealy plaza on that day firing a rifle but him.

The evidence is overwhelming and against Oswald, i have researched this for many years from both sides.

To this day, no mater what conspiracy buffs put forward, all we have at the end of the day is the hard evidence and facts that all lead to Oswald.

Conspiracy theorists often leave out vital information and add non truths to distort the evidence, and they all have different theories to each conspiracy group where is the Warren Commission stays true to the facts and presents hard evidence.

Robert Oswald, Lee Harveys brother believes to this day the Warren Commission got it right and Lee Harvey acted alone as he wasn't the type of person to work with others.

His wife Marina Oswald Porter, stated from the start that she believed Oswald did it and acted alone
she also said on the Oprah Winfrey show in 1996 that she knew Oswald had taken his rifle into work with him on Nov 22.

Marina of late now thinks it may have been a conspiracy
but she has been swayed by various conspiracy groups.

Oswald was seen shooting officer J D Tippit by many people, Many conspiracy buffs point to Acquilla Clemons
who claimed she saw two men standing over Tippits body one holding a gun, therefore it couldn't have been Oswald.

What Acquilla Clemons actually seen was the aftermath of Tippits shooting, the two men standing over Tippits body were infact two other witnesses Ted Callaway Sam Guinyard.

Ted Callaway was holding a gun, it wasnt his he had taken Tippits Gun and left the scene with another witness William Scoggins in Scoggins cab to search for Oswald.

Oswald was shot at 11.21am on the sunday morning of November 24 1963, he died in surgery at 1.07pm that afternoon.

It matters a lot if our government decides to remove someone from office by assassin.

Weirdly I don't really care that much. If anyone happens to find some conspirators and proof, by all means prosecute. Other than that it's whatever the opposite of academic is.

Several weeks prior to November 22, 1963, Oswald, using that very same Carcano rifle (there is no such thing as a Mannlicher-Carcano rifle) missed a stationary target from 30 feet away when he failed to assassinate Edwin A. Walker (the man who had been in charge of Integration at Little Rock High School after the Supreme Court ruling on Brown vs. Board of Education). Hardly the work of an expert marksman. Didn't an investigator claim that Oswald's scope was WAY off, too? And the spent shells were neatly lined up, waiting to be discovered, instead of scattered about as though they had been ejected from the rifle?

This suggests -suggests, not mandates- that someone ELSE fired the shots with some OTHER weapon, and set up Oswald, who DID actually bring his rifle to work with him that morning, presumably as directed by the same people who drove the cars in the attempted Walker assassination. But who? WHO was mad enough at the Kennedys to want them permanently out of politics by whatever means? (Here it comes...) For a list of those suspects, try reading, The Scrapbook Lecture ...a collection of suspects. It's a quick, interesting read and the sections are told like adventure stories. http://www.thescrapbooklecture.com/

A two hour documentary that was shown on A&E named "JFK - Beyond Conspiracy" left me convinced that Oswald acted alone. The documentary is being sold on DVD at Amazon.com. Everyone interested in the subject should watch it and reach to their own conclusions.
