  • My opinion of Dumbledore hasn't changed that much, but i have a totally different view of Snape and what has happened to him during his lifetime. I had always thought that he was still loyal to Voldemort trying to kill Harry, but really he was just protecting him for the love of Lily, and that made me realize Snape was a very loyal person to Dumbledore and to Harry.
  • Snape now has my utmost respect. Although he despised Harry, I give him so much respect for what he did and what he went through. I thought he was a very brave man. I have not changed my opinion on Dumbledore that much. I however thought that the reason why he didn't want to be Minister of Magic because he could not control the power in his hands was interesting.
  • Well, I suppose that I can see them more as human beings than as characters now. I mean, I guess I sort of miss them as being intangible characters to which no one relate, but showing their human flaws gives me greater satisfaction as a reader. I know that I haven't read just another story tale with a typical hero, typical characters, and a typical ending. It was ugly, and realistic, and I loved it.
