Depends on the virus, but there are a few universal symptoms. Fever, chills, unexplained fatigue, and sore or achy joints and/or muscles.

Cold, Flu, and Ebola are viruses, so just name some of their symptoms.

As it was stated before, it depends on which virus, for some you only get a fever, chills, headache, maybe vomiting. For some of the deadlier diseases such as Ebola (I don't know why I'm saying this, you probably don't have it) you would have hemorhagging, rash, vomiting, and the melting of your organs.
