  • I don't think anyone considers their own family "normal", because we know all of the weird quirks each of our members has, our goofy traditions and our bizarre ways of accommodating everyone's individual needs and personalities. From the outside looking in, you'd probably think my family was quite normal, but I must say I consider it extraordinary.
  • We're all normal.. in our own way. :)
  • I think todays society has ripped away all the things that make families stick together. I think that the future is bleak for families and although the economy will collapse people will grow closer and the world will be a better place because of it.
  • if you mean normal as in parents are still together and the kids are still at home and not on drugs and all that kind of crap then yeah were "normal"
  • My family certainly is not normal in any way shape or form.
  • did anybody ever have one to begin with?
  • I would think not. We're all weird in our own special way! :)
  • "Anymore"? Were they ever really normal? My parents used to be in a cult... so not me.
  • No , my Dad's a clown.
  • DOn't know what you call normal. But my husband and I do things rather normally. We don't have children but always considered ourselves a family of two. We sit down and eat meals together always. We do chores together. We stay home and do things and go out together. We vacation as a family after discussing what we would like to do. We consider ourselves each others best friend. We stand up for each other. We have been married fro 34 years. Both of our parents' never divorced. We live next door to family that we enjoy seeing. I guess it's normal.
  • I don't thats forsure.
  • Define "normal". What's normal for some is totally out there for someone else.
  • I don't think there was ever such a thing as 'normal'. We all have our own views of what normal is, and we are all different so normal is different, so it's really just what you think normal is and if you know anyone who is that way.
  • Yeah they were normal, until I came around.
