• yes its bad because youre giving the food to turn into fat but on the other hand trying to sleep on empty stomach can cause its own issues such as insomnia (youre body wants and expects food and wont let you rest until it gets it). try having something light possibly a salad or if you demand meat tuna and chicken are good options. of course your body trying to digest anything can cause your sleep to be less than perfect. everything said its better to give your body some time after eating before going to sleep
  • Yes, it is bad. However if you do find yourself eating right before you try to get some sleep. Try lieing on the Left side of your body.
