Is it legal to have sex in your car on you own property? What about the bed of a truck?

I believe if you could be seen by anyone it could be considered public indecency. Just a guess.

Yes it is legal as long as noone can see the parts. But then again I know someone whom got caught for having sex in there car but it was in a "public" place. So therfore it can be a "catch 22" type thing. I personally have had sex in my truck many times and never been caught but i was always carful as to where it happened.

I caught a couple "enjoying" each other on the hood of a Firebird parked on my property one night. Shined a flashlight at the car and then turned it off when I realized what they were doing. The gal was mighty ticked off (she threw a couple rocks at me) but the guy was apologetic. Could have called the cops but I didn't. I was young once too. If they drove the 'bird to their own place and out of sight then who'd complain? I've been tempted to take my missus out in the driveway for a trip down memory lane (we live in the middle of the woods), but the dogs would freak out and then the kids would look to see what's got the dogs barking and then... Nah.
