For some reason I tend to be attracted to strong guys without definition. As long as he has awesome arms, I can love his beer belly, too. I long strong guys, but they don't have to look strong.

toned. If they have strong toned muscles they should have good health.

With regards to...? As a male, I prefer both. You can have definition with a low fat percentage, but what is defined probably won't look very impressive or appealing. On the other hand, if you have the muscles, but little definition (as the World's Strongest Man competitors often seem to), then you can look fat. They kind of go in tandem anyway - if you have a cardio workout, you will burn off fat to improve definition, but your will stress certain large groups of muscles, which causes hypertrohpy and so muscle growth. If you have a weights workout, you focus on muscle growth, but you also exercise your heart, and the increase in muscle mass means that you will burn more calories even at rest, improving definition. And of course, a cardio workout improves definition, whilst exercising the most important muscle of all.

Nice muscles, but not to much since you would not want to look like a bodybuilder that's going shrinkless on definition..LOL
