I've had a small, but noticeable, bump on the bridge of my nose for about 2 years. It is not acne, but it's just a bump like a colorless mole. Can you identify this "thing", and tell me how I may have acquired it and how to g

    It's probably a cyst, a tiny gland that got infected, and your immune system encased it with flesh. I had one of these on my arm. It eventually went away, but left a reddish mark.

    I went into one of these natural health places to see if there was cream to make it go away, and the woman at the counter told me: "it's caused by anger -- it will go away when you've figured out how to get over the anger". What's weird about that advice is that I had a g/f once who was easily pissed off -- unfortunately, usually at me -- she developed one of these bumps under her eye ... it went away after we broke up.
