Am I really out of style because I insist on buying THREE piece suits?? A lot of store clerks look at me like I am asking if I can sleep with their daughters when I tell them that is what I wish to purchase....

Hey, you have the right to live wearing your own style. If thats what you want, so be it! They are probably just jealous! Actually, they are thinking they can't please you since they may find it hard to get 3 piece suits- but since its their job to please the customer, they can either lose the sale(by not having stock in something) or they can be big enough and refer you to a store that has what you want. As a thanks, you can tell them that you'll return to that sales person to get the matching shirt or tie!

It definitely isn't "THE style" but it's not like you're asking for them to attach a third arm or anything! I think people get stuck in trend mode, and when people ask for something that isn't in the here and now (even if it's a classic) they look at that person as if they were speaking in tongues. Just keep doing your thing... Unless you're asking for like, lime green suits, or plaid with chartreuse- you should be just fine!

I still like a guy in a three piece suit. It reminds me of one of my old time favorites, Telly Savalas in "Kojack". Couldn't get much sexier than him...mmmmm..

No, you're in your own style, which is great. My dad still insists on buying two-button suits, which are nearly impossible to find in these three-button suit days.
