I found a pill that is blue and round with 4812 on one side do you know what it is

    If it has a "V" on the other side it is an Oxycodone 30 mg tablet. This is an opiate based pain killer.

    Its an immediate-release OxyCodone, 30mg.

    If there is a fancy V on one side and 48 12 on the otherside its a generic 30 mg instant release (IR) oxycodone.
