i was jus playing nba 2k8 and eject the disc when suddenly i wanted to play CD4 and the disc tray wont open am afraid to force the disc into the hole because it might get stuck.. should i turn it off and wait for a few hours ? what should i doo please help me..

I can't push a disc into mine. It makes a shuddering sound. There isn't a disc in there - I have played the bloody thing yet!

presumably he means the disk wont eject....which is the problem I've got....manual says press eject for 10 seconds but that isn't working either....power down and back up again makes no difference.....any one got any ideas?

Goddamn it.. i just bought a PS3, and i was just pulling out my hair trying to figure why the tray WONT open... well there is NO TRAY ppl.. just push the disc inside ths slot. Push it inside the damn hole...

the disc is pulled in by spiining motors. why the disc actually doesnt eject could be multiple things. my error is my disc door will not open when ejecting causing the disc to jamm in with the door. but if u hold the door open with a screw driver hit eject it will come out jst fine....fix? sry bout the spelling
would anyone know when playstation network would be back on?
