What about your throw out bearing? Did you replace the bearing while changing out the clutch? Did you ensure that it remained in its saddle? Mr. Bill

This is due to a design flaw. The air is trapped in the actually master cylinder plunger assembly. No matter how many times you bleed it, you will still be unable to put it in gear. Your best bet is to either unbolt it and tilt it upward or get a vacuum pump and suck the air out. Or take it to a local mechanic or Ford and tell them your symptoms or refer to this explanation.
