To find him is quite easy!!! One seeking the lord needs only to humbly kneel & pray: "Our Father which art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven. Please give us this day our daily bread, & forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors, & lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. for thine is the kingdom and the power & the glory forever, in Jesus Name (Add anything else you'd like to say here). Thank You God, in Jesus name I pray, Amen." Read the Bible, as it holds answers to what God's Rules are for us. the more you live by those rules & praying regularly, the more chances you have to be granted acceptance to Heaven. Only God decides who gets to go there, not mortals.

First, find a "private" place. This is a place where you are alone,..totally alone. No interruptions or distractions, if possible. This is not from any "law." It is just the best condition to be in physically. There are no required 'accouterments.' But, if you have a somewhat comfortable body-length cushion or tarp, poncho (this is only if you need it to stay dry)., bring it. If you have a comfortable room...forget all that. If you have not already started a prayer for communication, start one now. It doesn't matter where you are. Don't be concerned about form. "God, I sincerely want to know You." Go about your normal activities. Got to work? Git'er done. If you have to put out trash today, put it out. A bill that has to be paid today...pay it. Get rid of as much clutter as you can. >>> Alright, you are in your private place. You are not alone there. He is always with you. Assume a posture that is showing your humility before Him. You do not have to "grovel". You are praying to the wrong God if you think so. This is about sincerity, Just kneel in a comfortable position. Got arthritis? Whatever is most comfortable. Sit in a chair if you want. I often lie prone, face down arms outstreached (old Hebrew style). But that is me. It is about communication. > Almighty God, I am before you in humility. I know my weaknesses. I am mortal and human. I confess my sins. You know them all. I beg your forgiveness. Give me strength and awareness to overcome them and do Thy will.> But,... did you mean it? I mean r-e-a-l-l-y mean it? You are not inteviewing for a position here. And there is no one you can impress or fool or BS. You are totally exposed. You are under a microscope. Your insides are outside. Get the picture? Many cannot deal with it. Many never try.>> I know that I may have disappointed some by not mentioning Jesus the Christ. Well, I just did mention Him. Is Jesus the way of salvation for mankind? Absolutely! But no-one can become aware of who Jesus is without first being aware of the Father, YHWH, I AM. >> OK. Now open to ridicule. Have at it!

Please- I am so sincere about this. If anyone finds God, I will definitely come back to Him. I solemnly promise. But I want actual proof. You have my word.

Let me know if you find Him... I have a few questions.

The journey is never ending, thus is quite impossible to find him. The only way is in your mind.

Be vegetarian, then set out to seek God. God dwells in the realm of "unconditional compassion" and is compassion itself. You are not in your right frame of mind to seek God if you continue to eat the flesh of lives forcefully and barbarically murdered to meet your demand. The only connection to God is through "unconditional compassion" for all beings no matter how strange, unimportant they may be to you and no matter what your religious faith may be. Thus, being vegetarian is the number one requirement to allow your mind to dwell in the same realm with God, "unconditional compassion".

Sabateur is right simply be still... God is easy to find, if you know how to look and where to look. God is the Energy of life, and thusly is very very close, In the blink of your eye, you could find God . But somtimes when we look we look in all the wrong places and can never see God. We need to see without actually looking for anything.. Mostly we try to find God through thought, and as a result there are many religions all with their own thoughts... But if we can look beyond all of these thoughts, we can find the source of all existence. The more we look and search and believe this or that, we trap ourselves into our framework of thought... BUT if we could stop all those thoughts, stop all of the searching, and looking, we could actually see what has been there all of the time. If we can actually become still, without any interuptions , without all of the thoughts.... then what is there is for those that seek God. pure undifferentiated energy, and the Light of your soul, but once you start thinking about it, it's gone, never to be found through thought.

Learn to give thanks. Realize that even in the midst of what may seem like unbearable sorrow, fearful situations, or challenges in your life that you can not see a way clear of....you are LOVED and PROTECTED, you are PRECIOUS to God. Life is all around us, everyday and sometimes the chaos of it all can become so overwhelming and LOUD...that we forget how to quiet our minds and open our hearts. It can also become fearful to consider seeking God. What if we seek, and yet do not know for sure that we will find him? Satan (I think) puts those fears into our hearts. He turns up the volume of "noise" in our heads and desires to set seemingly impossible challenges (brick walls) between us and God. Yet, I know that when I stop and give THANKS for all of the blessings in my life...those walls fall away, brick by brick, stone by stone. The ultimate Blessing is that Christ died for my sins. And THEN even more wonderful...He rose again, because as God, he could not be defeated by the puny death that Satan would have all of mankind trapped in forever. Christ accepted the burden of clearing a path for us to walk upon...and then as part of God, part of God's love for US...he still walks upon the path WITH US..when the path is smooth and joyful and even more when the path is overgrown with the challenges of life that would overwhelm us, so easily when we are tempted to allow that other voice to issue commands in our ears to devalue the blessings we have. I've been a Christian for a very long time, my blessed Mother saw to it that I developed an understanding as a child as to who God is and how truly easy it is to allow myself to be open to him. Becoming a Medicine Woman also helped me to understand the value of letting go of myself, quieting my mind, meditating so as to set the "normal" burdens and worries of life down which then leads to a much lighter "load" to carry...and gently leads me to understand that while I have responsibilities to assume and to carry though...there do not have to be actual BURDENS...Christ ASSUMED those for me so very long ago. I can choose to load myself up with worry, with fear, with doubts of myself, my fellow man, my finances, or a million other kinda pointless issues...but the truth is...I don't have to accept those things. I can DEAL with them AS NEEDED here in this life..but they are transitory...they can not outlast the beauty or the love that I have been blessed with, that I can see in the creation of the world, or the trust of a child, or the love from my dog...those simple joys. So...for me...when I stop and give Thanks...it reminds me of everything I have in my life, from the sight of a flower, the song from a bird, the food in my kitchen, or the ability to love others...the list is SOOOOO LONG...it includes EVERYTHING... When I stop to acknowledge all of this...it brings me closer to God, because he is always there, trying to help me be, have, do...the best or better than I could alone.
