I had mine tied about 10 years ago. At the time of the op i only experienced a mild discomfort for a day or so, but that was more at the key hole surgery points rather than pain anywhere else.
i have had mine done for 1 year, pain for about a week, had to keep scar clean, i work @ a prison, and i wear a 4 lb duty belt so i was off for about 7 days.

I am 26 years old I would like a tubal ligation. However, doctors refuse to do it because of my age. Does anyone know of a doctor that will do the procedure on someone who is young, does not have children, and is certain she will never want children?
