you have to use a lot of lube and start finger by finger and the female has to be completely relaxed.....i have tried it many times and one thing i like is when my boyfriend wiggles his fingers.....also you may not want to make it an every night thing it may make a girl loose

INS and OUTS? Is that a joke?? Seriously though, the most imprtant think is that the woman is relaxed. If she isn't then you're not going anywhere.
