How do I get my MP3 player to charge? The software is installed, but my computer will not charge my Samsung Yp-K3 anymore.

How hold is the mp3 player? the batteries can only be recharged so many times, then they won't hold a charge anymore. I suspect that either the recharge function is dead, or the batteries are dead.

If it's not the batteries or connection, uninstall the software/restart/reinstall the software then connect the player. also make sure the lead is not damaged insome way,i.e. the wire snapped inside where you cannot see it. good luck.
