3. GIS Specialist

4. Climatologist

5. Transportation management

6. Environmental Management

7. Writer/Researcher

8. Teaching/Faculty

9. Emergency Management

13. National Park Service Ranger

14. Real Estate Appraisal

There is a lot you can do, you just need to add a bit more education. It opens you to get a masters in urban planning or get into GIS. Often having a degree itself will open doors to other thing. (e.g. some accounting designations just need you to have an undergrad degree to get into their program.) I was thinking of using my degree to get me into interior design or urban planning. I used to have a link showing the wide possibilites of having a BA or BSC in geog. I can't find it though now. Check Ask Yahoo. I left a question there.
I'll see if I can find more info.

I don't know but I have earned my honorary degree since I am an expert in world geography since I am a cartophilist.
After reading over 500 of the NG magazines I determine myself to be a self learned geographer especially since this is one of my true passions in life.

Get a real estate license since you know the basics about land, work at a research center for earthquakes, or go on to get a masters and teach. Very interesting subject that has limitless areas of research.

Yes - use it to track down where the morons who said it was a good idea live and strangle them in their sleep. Then please do the same for those involved in my History degree : )
Seriously though - I know that the Registrar at a top British University has as her main academic qualification a BA in Geog. so it is not a lost cause : )
