There are vests out there that are bullet proof but the vests still can be cut and sew just like regular cloth. All it takes is one tiny pierce, like the tip of a blade and then the rest of the blade can follow through and in. Try it on a piece of paper. You will be surprised that after that initial difficulty, once you pierce the paper, make that starter hole, the blade goes in quickly. SOmething like a bullet impact is very different than the tip of a sharp blade. And being ten feet tall means nothing. Tall people are more vulnerable to 'falling'.

yes, but If I am bullet prove it means I will have some sort of weapon available, and being 10 foot tall, I wont allow an enemy to come close enough to stab me, I will smack him till he dies with my bullet prove vest for all I care LOL
