It's not worth the headache. Honestly, just take it to the dealership, that's what I did. The beeping drove me absolutely nuts and I wanted it turned off. You have to do all this stuff with the ignition, the valet switch, and the clicker in a certain order, it's totally mind-bending if you ask me.

Try pushing the lock button on the remote once if it doesn't do anything then try 2 times. the same thing happened with me but i have a 2008 corolla ce. Try replacing the battery. then see if it works . if that did work what i would do is take it down to the dealership & have them look @ it.

You're reading 2006 corolla no alarm beep when arming , how would I enable it to beep when locking with remote. Its not in the manual
