The drug doesn't dictate the dependence, the person's tolerance to that drug does. It's not always the same for everyone. However, to answer your question, generally speaking drugs like crystal meth and forms of cocaine are high dependence vs drugs like marijuana are low dependence. At least that's how I view it.
