  • Meat: Chicken, because it is so versitle. Dairy: Milk, because you can make many things from it. Fruits/veg: Tomato for fruit, Asparagus for veggie--again, versitility. Grain: Whole wheat bread, for fiber and to make bread crumbs for my chicken and tomatoes/asparagus LOL Did I miss any?

  • Meats: Beef Dairy: Milk Breads: English Muffins Veggies: Corn Fruits: Bananas Liquor: Rum (so I can make banana daquiris) and I would have to add potatos in somewhere, maybe as a starch, or if I had to I would replace it as my veggie.
