It could be that your connections are not set up correctly, also have you installed the proper drivers, and you said you have swapped it, at a shop/supplier or private? If you swapped it at a shop/supplier you were supposed to receive the correct software/drivers, if not, go to the manufacturers website and post your question there, they should have technical advisors available to assist you.
