    Well, Past Times is a chain of shops that sell replicas of antiques (i.e. roman coins, jewellery etc.) along with other 'old' items like art deco vases/lamps, old style Teddy bears etc. I would guess that a Past Times card is either a discout card or a gift voucher for that store.
