I doubt that it's possible. Physical activity creates heat, which in turn quickens the metabolism by allowing energy to be transferred through your body more quickly and efficiently. If you don't have any work being done by your body, the food that you eat will eventually just become fats and accumulate. =)

Science is still having a difficult time figuring out weight gain and loss and metabolic differences. Recent findings indicate that we can be geneticaly predisposed to either..but they have a long way to go on this complex subject.
