• I suggest that you don't use any ankle weights, unless you're getting ready for some cross-country event or some other distance event that requires endurance. Use an incline treadmill that you can set the incline manually or by the push of a button on some treadmills that will adjust the incline that you would need to burn "fat" calories, and try not to think of "calories being burned" , just simlpy use an adjustable treadmill and see the results!
  • I do not have an answer but if i were you as stated before i would use an incline. i have heard that using ankle weights is bad for some of your joints.
