For those who take Effexor, Paxil, or Xanax, do you notice that you get extremely dizzy when you wake up after drinking alcohol while taking any of these pills?

My mother use to take Paxil and Xanax and she would drink with them... I DO NOT recommend this at all... For my mother has lost her memory and has literally gone crazy from it... Your not suppose to drink with them...

No. Effexor. Mind you, I don't drink spirits at all.

I do not take any of them but I believe they are antidepressants and you should not be drinking at all when on this medication. It is little wonder you feel dizzy.
