    It makes a women look more feminine. To a man that is a turn on.

    I get turned on by a strange mixture of ultra feminine Tom boy types. Maybe thats why I end up with so many Bi chicks.

    I think that the women like the lace more than the men. They feel sexier, etc. It is kind of like painting their nails or makeup. Most men aren't that interested in those things. Nice clothes and hair yes.
