Is there something that you are consciously grateful for every day because so many in the world don't have it? For me it's safe hot and cold running water - I think about that every day as I step into the shower.

Very interesting. I'm grateful for many things but sometimes I make the mistake of taking them for granted. Sometimes you got to stop for a minute and appreciate them.

For me it's my daughter. I was heavily into cocaine & heroin & i overdosed awhile back. I am so lucky to be alive & even luckier to have a beautiful daughter to show me that I am worth it. She lets me know that I am loved unconditionally, a good mother, & a good friend. Everytime I look at her I thank my lucky stars to be alive. That's why i named her Starr.

Being able to have access to whatever hot drink takes my fancy, and having a warm bed is wonderful.

I am grateful that I can see the beauty of nature, some people are blind and can not see and even some people who have sight are unable to enjoy nature.

Give a thought to the people on Lanzarote, Canary Islands, where all the water is produced at desalination plants. Following an electrical fire in one of the plants over a week ago production of water is at 60% of normal levels and my village had no mains water for 6 days.
