  • I guess there are several approaches to this subject... If your main goal is to loose belly fat you have diets BUT you also have surgeries (if you have money :D)... But if you really want to do it without that prepare to change your life style because you need to change your intake schedule, your intake quality and try to have someone with medical knowledge to assist you if anything goes wrong with your sudden change.
  • South Beach Diet. I swear it works. Belly fat goes first. All you do is give it two weeks. Huge voucher.

  • i have had three kids and i swear by this. first start doing yoga it really makes your core muscles(your stomach area)stronger try a 20 min session 2-3 a week. cut out the sugar and pop even if you drink diet get rid of it. and if you want to loose wait around that area you have to do cardio thirty minutes at least 3x a week. i usually take my youngest for a fast pace walk, i hate to run.good luck!
  • I agree diet has a lot to do with it. Cut out the pop chips chocolate bars etc. Try eating yogourt fruit cereals instead. Do situps too.
