No. Never. I'm not that sort of person. Someone did it to me for months on irc once and I was very offended when I found out.

What's the point of lying. I had someone lie to me for a couple of months before we met for lunch years back and then she cried and apologized. Be yourself and if they don't appreciate that then keep looking.

I could write anything online and no one would ever know if it were truth or a lie...can you tell now if I am writing the truth?

Nope. I don't lie. It's hard enough to keep *real* stuff straight. I don't know how people that lie keep it all "arranged." I'm very much "what you see is what you get."
