Do you go to your friend's AB account and look up their questions and answers so you can give them points? Have your friends been doing this for you? Do you feel guilty or think it is wrong for anybody to be doing so?

If I'm looking for new questions to answer I look at my friends questions first yep, I have no idea if they do the same, but I don't feel guilty no, why should I ?

I do it nearly everyday. I don't just randomly point them but it's the best way to see the really good stuff. I don't feel the least bit guilty.

Yet to experience that problem. Can't see committing it, and will never get any type of respect, like the real world. Life goes on.

I'm very giving with points (because they don't cost me anything).

I have not given points to people I know well on AB if I don't think it is a good answer. Recently though I have been in conversational questions, where almost any answer is valid. I always read the answers i give points to, if that is what you are asking.

Nah. Most of the time I don't even look to see who gave an answer. Except IrishMeg because of that eye-catching Celtic knot avatar.

I only give points if the answer is valid, something I was thinking of answering, or funny. I hardly ever pay attention to who asked or answered it.

I am pretty free with points, especially with my friends.

I generally give points to all answers I read that are thoughtful. Even if I disagree with the opinion. The effort being made to answer a question well gets my points! Sure, I give friends points, but still read their entire answer, and comments, too! Just like everyone else on AB whose answer I come across. I am interested in as vast a spectrum of 'answers' as possible.

No shame to MY game. I award points to my friends here, AND to people who post clever, humorous or intelligent answers. I even award EXTRA points for answers I find particularly appealing. Besides, points don't cost me anything. No need to be stingy with them.
