In my own words, I don't think it's 100% accurate. But by taking many other Autism tests online, in school, and with mental health doctors, all the results were the same. It resulted that I had the symptoms of Autism, and yet I'm mentally challenged as well.

It's a good start. Depending on who I'm talking to, I may have Asperger Syndrome or I may just be a geek/nerd (though I *had* a social life) with ADHD. Autism is rarer in females and we show symptoms differently. I'm a fraternal twin (I have a brother), so that may explain it a bit as well. I have a sense of humor, used to be well-liked amongst social groups (when I was in highschool and to some degree in college), and am able to maintain relationships. I also don't speak monotonically. I know that I have AS, but I'm able to hide it for the most part through mimicry. ("Acting" for long enough has become second nature, until a new social situation comes up and I'm not certain about etiquette.)
