Very powerful,my heart maintains my blood flow.My stomach and intestines digest my food,and turn it into energy,enough energy to light a small city for a day.My mind controls all my life functions and is a seat of creativity and super consciousness. It is not just me ,we are all powerful,we just need to realize that.

No..just as a grown up. When you are a child you are power-less..because you live where you are told to, dress the way you are told to, eat what you are told to..when you are grownup that changes..you make your own choices. But in so doing, I have never thought of autonomy as being "powerful". Powerful to me means controlling others by intimidation..having influence to change others' lives..I guess one can be powerful and beneficent at the same time, though. It's just not me. :)
